Amber Smith Originally from Tampa , Florida ; Amber is the only child of NFL player Russell Smith (San Diego Chargers) and professional model, teacher and Barbizon modeling school director Carol Smith.
Amber followed in her mother's footsteps when she began her modeling career at age (15) fifteen. She started out locally with newspaper advertisements and weekly fashion shows at the Holiday Inn.
When walking through the hallways of her High School, she was asked to become the subject of the night-course photography class in which she earned $25 a week.
Though Amber was a gifted student with a 155 I.Q., in order to model internationally an early start was a must. Just before her 16th birthday, Amber left for Paris .
